About Us:

Ax Capital Management is active in asset management and consulting, focusing on corporate analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, and project management. We are looking for enthusiastic Business Administration Interns to join our team starting next year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and company valuations

• Assist in financial modeling and strategic planning activities

• Support due diligence processes for prospective investments and acquisitions

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports with actionable insights

• Engage in project management tasks related to business development and client projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial and business strategies

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related degree program, preferably in an advanced stage

• Strong interest in corporate analysis, financial modeling, and strategic project management

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in German and English

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software/tools

• Knowledge of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and market trends is desirable

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
