Legal Intern (m/f/d) at Ax Capital Management 2026

About Us:

Ax Capital Management operates in the asset management and consulting sectors. We are involved in Venture Capital, Private Equity, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and more. To strengthen our team, we are seeking motivated Legal Interns starting next year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team with contract review, drafting, and negotiation support

• Participate in legal due diligence processes for investments and acquisitions

• Gain exposure to legal structures and procedures in Venture Capital and Private Equity

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions

• Support compliance and regulatory analysis tasks as needed

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree program at a recognized university, preferably in the later stages of study

• Strong interest in corporate law, particularly in areas such as Venture Capital, Private Equity, and corporate financing

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken

• Familiarity with contract law, corporate governance, and financial regulations is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
